This two day hands-on classroom training session is designed to provide the participant with a solid grounding in the basics of setup and transactions. It moves beyond the how and explains why certain things are done. A manual is provided that will take the participants through the creation of a new database and all the steps required to set to ready. A series of sample transactions will be entered and the day will end with running a year end routine on the database. Questions will be encouraged and clearly answered.

The course material assumes beginner status. Most people who take this course will not have begun the setup process.
What if I have already setup my chart of accounts?
You will probably still find the course useful. The emphasis on creating a chart of accounts designed around management reporting rather than simply tax reporting may give you some good ideas about changes you could make.
